Large-sized weddings or events, Multiple families, Full service experience
3 + Professional Sitters
Continuous supervision throughout the event
Games, Crafts, Guided Activities/ Movie setup or Quiet- time/ Custom play set-up/ Dedicated Kids Area
-Late night care(after 9PM) + $75/ hour (Extended care so parents can fully enjoy the event)
-Additional Sitter +$50-$75/ hour (Adds care for 3-4 additional children)
-Hotel/ Off site Childcare (Custom pricing, In-room or nearby childcare for traveling families)
-Movie Lounge Set- up +100 Flat (Cozy blankets, Kids movie set, Relaxation zone, light snacks)
-Activity& Crafts Station +$75- $150 (Coloring, take home crafts, age- appropriate games)
-Custom Kid Kits +$15-$25 per child (Personalized goodie bags ,Toys, Snacks, Activities)
-Dedicated Kids Area Setup +$150-$300 (Styled play area, Mats, Toys, & layout, Safe designated zone)
-Infant/ Toddler Care Upgrade +25 hour (For children under 3 requiring additional attention
Add-ons allow you to customize your childcare experience for your event, creating a seamless and elevated experience for both children and parents.

Secure a trustworthy babysitter with ease through our streamlined booking system. Schedule an appointment that suits your needs and rest assured knowing your child is in safe, capable hands.
At Tiny Guests, we reserve your event date exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service and availability, the following policy applies:
DEPOSITS: A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This ensures staffing and availability for event. Your date is not guaranteed until deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 14 + days before event (Deposits is non- refundable, but no additional balance.
Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event ( 75% of total balance will be charged)
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event (100% of total balance is due)
RESCHEDULING: One-time reschedule allowed with at 7 days notice, based on availability. Deposits will transfer to the new date. Additional charges may require a new deposit.
DAY OF CHANGES: Reductions in hours or number of children on the day of the event or wedding will not reduce the total cost. Additional time or children will be billed accordingly.
NO-SHOW: IF SERVICS ARE DECLINED OR INACCASSIBLE UPON ARRIVAL, FULL PAYMENT IS DUE.
